The University of Danang – University of Science and Education Library supports thousands of students and faculty with academic resources across multiple disciplines. By implementing Skoolib, the library modernised catalogue management, circulation, and digital services to provide a faster and more connected experience for both librarians and readers.
As the university's collection and student population continued to grow, managing library operations through fragmented workflows became increasingly inefficient. Cataloguing, circulation, inventory management, and reader services required significant manual effort, while students expected faster access to academic resources both on campus and online.
Skoolib centralised the library's catalogue, circulation, member management, and OPAC into one cloud-based platform. Barcode-powered workflows streamlined daily operations, while students gained the ability to search, reserve, and manage library resources through an intuitive online catalogue.
