Duong Lieu Library is a modern community library committed to making knowledge more accessible for students and local readers. As its collection and visitor base continued to grow, the library adopted Skoolib to digitize operations and deliver a faster, more connected library experience.
As the library expanded, managing thousands of books and growing member records through manual processes became increasingly difficult. Borrowing, returns, catalog updates, and inventory checks required significant staff time, while readers had limited ways to search for books or check availability before visiting the library.
Manual records made updates slow.
Borrowing and returns required multiple manual steps.
Monthly reports were created manually.
Skoolib unified catalog management, circulation, member records, and the public catalog into a single cloud platform. Barcode workflows automated daily operations, while readers gained instant access to search, reserve, and discover books online from any device.
“The transition to Skoolib has made our daily work significantly easier. Routine tasks that once required manual tracking are now completed quickly and accurately, allowing us to spend more time supporting our readers and improving library services.”
